WILD SKIES PRESS is an independent hybrid Canadian publisher founded in 2021 by Alexis Marie Chute and Aaron Chute. It draws its name’s inspiration from Alberta’s awe-inspiring aurora borealis. Situated on Treaty 6 Territory in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Wild Skies Press publishes a wide variety of genres, from non-fiction, fiction, and poetry to art books and innovative hybrid forms. The press is passionate about supporting both new and established voices, publishing bold works that explore fresh ideas and contribute to forward-thinking literary diversity.
